Mindy Buckley and her staff sold our home in Punta Gorda in December, 2021. There was some discrepancy with other agencies on the value of our renovated home with few comps in the immediate area to base a market value. Mindy took it upon herself to visit some open houses (in person) in our city with homes in the likely price range, construction and size as our house. We listed with her and sold our home within a little over a week and for FULL value.
